How much time will it take?BrainJuice challenges are packaged into episodes that run for 3-5 days every 8-10 weeks. Each user typically takes 25 mins to complete an episode.

Do we all need to be together?Not at all. BrainJuice challenges are neither time nor location bound. Challenge participation and collaboration can be fully asynchronous.

What happens before the first episode goes live?1. How long before we can onboard our employees?We aim to complete the setup of your custom BrainJuice portal in 4 weeks (ie. one month of setup and then going live with the first Episode).

How does everyone know when an episode starts?BrainJuice Bot will post on your team's preferred communication channel (e.g. Slack, MS Teams, Cliq, WhatsApp, etc.) when each episode goes live.

What happens when someone new joins or leaves our organisation?Someone new can join in at any point in a season. Consider the respective team sizes and the overall team leaderboard (to see which team is currently at the bottom) and instruct the new joiner to select the team of your choosing when you send them the BrainJuice login link (contact us if you need any help). When someone leaves, let us know and we will deactivate their account for the next episode.

What type of challenges can we expect?Challenges could be anything from taking a teammate for coffee, to uploading a picture of your dog, or playing a business simulator game. Each challenge is designed to reinforce specific team culture traits.

Can we see what others submit?Absolutely. All challenge submissions appear on your team activity feed. Plus, we recognise/reward top submissions at the end of every episode. The option to display submissions is configurable for each episode.

Can you share any insights into our team?Yes. Over the initial 3 weeks only limited insights are possible, but over a full season and multiple seasons we will be able to provide more advanced trend analysis, outlier information and benchmarking comparisons.

Can we give feedback on the activities in each episode or anything else we encounter?Absolutely. At the end of most episodes there will be an opportunity for team members to rate the episode, giving us feedback on what was most enjoyed so we can customise future episodes. At any other time you are welcome to contact us to discuss a concern, frustration or idea.

Can our users get support if they have an issue?Yes. Direct messages can be sent to the BrainJuice Bot on your team's preferred communication channel (e.g. Slack, MS Teams, WhatsApp, Cliq, etc.) or they can contact us via email (support@brainjuice.tech).

What is a BrainJuice Episode?A BrainJuice Episode includes: 3-5 activities ("challenges") delivered every 8-12 weeks combined time of 20-30min for a user to complete activities are available for only ~3.5 days (typically Monday-Thursday) employees earn points for their team by completing activities we celebrate the winning team and best submissions after each Episode We provide a short Episode report with key analytics and team insights
